Gluten Free Bread
Delicious bread without gluten that can be made in the bread maker.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup white rice flour
  2. 1 cup potato or arrowroot starch
  3. 3/4 cup bean flour (or chickpea)
  4. 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1 1/2 cups warm water
  7. 1/4 cup oil
  8. 2 1/4 tsps yeast
  9. 2 tbsps sugar
  10. 1 tbsp xanthan gum
  11. 1 1/2 tsps salt
Instructions
  1. Mix the liquid ingredients in a small bowel. Strain the rest of the dry ingredients into a different large bowl and mix thoroughly. Blen the wet and dry ingredients. You may add chopped sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc. Pour the mixture into a bread maker with the short cycle option. Allow it to cool before serving.
